Earlier today, ABC News producer Asa Eslocker was arrested in Denver while taking pictures outside the Brown Palace Hotel. From ABC News: Police in Denver arrested an ABC News producer today as he and a camera crew were attempting to take pictures on a public sidewalk of Democratic Senators and VIP donors leaving a private meeting at the Brown Palace Hotel. The US Sentencing Commission has a public meeting scheduled for Thursday, August 28, 2008, at 1:45 pm. But this official agenda does not give any indication that anything notable is likely to happen, though an outsider can never be sure based on the limited public materials the USSC typically puts out before these types of meetings. I am cautiously hopeful that, in conjunction with this scheduled public meeting, the USSC might have some more post-Gall data to share. The last official data
