“Once it’s over (Wii release) the sky’s the limit. There’s definitely the possibility of going to other consoles.” - Amir Rahimi, senior producer on Boom Blox BOOM BLOX is one of the few titles on the Wii that I feel would lose a lot if it were played with a traditional controller. I guess if the game doesn’t do well on the Wii, EA has to try and make money elsewhere. Please…Wii owners…don’t let this happen. Trust me, this game is DEFINITELY worth your hard-earned cash. Link

Never one to shy away from unconventional venues–witness last year’s performance at bacterial hotspot the LA River–No Age and roughly 250 music fans filled the inner sanctum of Downtown’s Central Library this past Sunday. The state-run media in Canada (and the citizen-owned media who do their best to compete with them) all lament, daily (with intra-day lament updates, all day long), the price of a barrel of oil, and the resulting price of gas.
